4 Daily Exercises That Trim Bra Bulge in 21 Days After 65

If you’re dealing with a pesky bra bulge, you’re certainly not alone. This area of skin tends to hang over the edges of your bra straps, leading to frustration. Bra bulge could be caused by poorly fitting undergarments or changes in body composition. The good news? If you’re dealing with the latter, we have four exercises that can help optimize your workout routine by strengthening the muscles near your upper back and armpits.

“For someone over 65, I’d prefer to see them develop their strength and work to increase the amount of weight over time rather than wanting to look good in a tank top right away. How much change one will see will depend on the person, their preference, and how disciplined their nutrition and training is,” explains Marshall Weber, a certified personal trainer and founder of Functional Idaho Gym with an educational background in Exercise Science and Psychology.

Below, Weber shares four daily exercises to add to your regimen.

  1. Start by anchoring a resistance band to a sturdy pole at chest level (or a doorknob).
  2. Stand tall in a staggered stance facing the anchor point.
  3. Hold the handles with both hands.
  4. Bend your elbows and pull the band toward your chest.
  5. Squeeze your shoulder blades together.
  6. Extend your arms back to the start position.
